With the regular season now officially in the books, the Big Ten will gather in Minneapolis this week for the men’s basketball conference tournament. After Iowa took the women’s conference tournament in the Target Center this past week, now the men will get to compete to crown a conference champion heading into the NCAA tournament next week.
Purdue will be looking to make it back-to-back Big Ten conference tournament championships after taking last year’s conference tournament and securing a no. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament. Purdue may already have a top seed in the NCAA tournament secured but a run to a second straight Big Ten title to go with its regular-season title would cement Purdue as a no. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament. The Big Ten has not had a repeat conference tournament champion since Michigan won back-to-back tournaments in 2017 and 2018.
Here is a quick look at the full bracket shared by the Big Ten.
