CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia (8-3, 0-0 ACC) kicks off its 2023-24 ACC campaign on New Year’s Eve, when the Cavaliers welcome No. 3 NC State (12-0, 0-0 ACC) to John Paul Jones Arena at 6 p.m.

  • Except for the 2020-21 COVID season, the two teams have gone head-to-head at least once every season since the NC State’s inaugural campaign in 1974-75.
