Who’s Playing
Western Michigan @ Ohio
Current Records: Western Michigan 4-18; Ohio 18-3
What to Know
The Western Michigan Broncos have been on the wrong side of a one-way rivalry with the Ohio Bobcats and are hoping to record their first victory since Jan. 4 of 2020. The Broncos and Ohio will face off in a Mid-American battle at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday at Convocation Center. Ohio will be strutting in after a win while WMU will be stumbling in from a loss.
WMU came up short against the Central Michigan Chippewas on Thursday, falling 65-55.
Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Ohio and the Eastern Michigan Eagles on Thursday was still a pretty decisive one as the Bobcats wrapped it up with an 81-68 victory at home.
Western Michigan’s defeat took them down to 4-18 while Ohio’s win pulled them up to 18-3. We’ll see if the Broncos can steal Ohio’s luck or if Ohio records another win instead….
