Report: Illinois transfer Luke Goode to take official visit to Indiana on Thursday and Friday - Inside the Hall

Illinois transfer Luke Goode, who entered the transfer portal on Monday, is reportedly set for an IU visit beginning Thursday.

According to Jeff Rabjohns of Peegs.com, Goode will be in Bloomington on Thursday and Friday for an official visit.

A 6-foot-7 forward from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Goode played three seasons for the Fighting Illini and averaged 4.1 points in 15.2 minutes per game.

The 2023-24 campaign was his most productive in Champaign. Goode averaged 5.7 points in 20.1 minutes and shot 38.9 percent on 3s. The Fighting Illini won the Big Ten tournament and advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament.

The sharpshooter owns a career 38.8 3-point shooting percentage. He made 61 3-pointers last season at Illinois.

A graduate of Homestead in Fort Wayne, Goode was ranked the No. 103 recruit in the 2021 class, according to the 247Composite.

He scored in double figures six times last season at Illinois with a career-best 16 points in an 83-78 loss at Purdue on Jan. 5.

Goode has one season of eligibility remaining. Indiana currently has three open scholarships for next season.
