Michigan State basketball hasn’t taken in a transfer player since 2021 when they brought in Tyson Walker from Northeastern. That wasn’t for lack of asking though, and after years of fans pleading with Tom Izzo to bring in another big transfer, he finally did it on Tuesday when he brought in elite transfer wing Frankie Fidler from Omaha.
Fidler, a big time scorer at Omaha at a position of great need for the Spartans, generated some understandably big reactions from the MSU fan base, media and even some players on Tuesday.
