Hogs’ Jalen Graham has career day in rout of Florida

After dropping their last two games, Arkansas basketball made it back to the win column in dominating fashion over the Florida Gators, 84-65.

Jalen Graham looked like a modern-day Hakeem Olajuwan scoring a career-high 26 points to lead the Hogs on the day. The Gators were without their best player and low-post presence Colin Castleton and Graham took full advantage of the center’s absence.

Graham was one of five Razorbacks who scored in double-digits on Saturday afternoon. Ricky Council finished with 15 points, Anthony Black had 14, Nick Smith Jr. (10 points) scored in doubled figures for the first time since December and Makhi Mitchell added 10 as well.

“Overall, really, really good performance from a lot of guys across the board,” said Eric Musselman after the game. “We’ve talked a lot about how, historically, we’ve been good in the second half. We’re talking about the same things we have for seven years. Tonight was a step in the right direction.”

As for the fans, this bounce back win was a much-needed after the last two let downs. It was a confidence boost for the team and fanbase as the Razorbacks continue to fight for their place in March Madness. Here’s some of the best reactions to Arkansas’ win on Saturday.
