MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin men’s basketball team continues its two-game road trip by traveling to Lincoln, Nebraska, for a game on Saturday. Tip-off is scheduled for 3 p.m. CT, and the game will be televised on Big Ten Network.

Before the Badgers tip, here is the Starting Five:

1. LAST TIME OUT: Chucky Hepburn scored a game-high 19 points, including a clutch 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation, and helped Wisconsin earn a 79-74 overtime win at Penn State on Wednesday. Connor Essegian (18 points), Tyler Wahl (16 points), and Steven Crowl (11 points) rounded out double-figure scorers for the Badgers.

2. CRUNCH TIME: Wednesday’s overtime win at Penn State marked UW’s fourth overtime game of the season, which UW has come out victorious on three occasions. The Badgers have now played 14 games this season decided by five points or less, holding a 9-5 record in those contests. UW is currently 20-8 in games decided by five points in the last two seasons.

3. SHARP SHOOTERS: UW shot 52.8 percent (28-for-53) from the floor during its win over the Nittany Lions, including 11-for-24 from 3-point range. Crowl was perfect from the floor, going 5-for-5. Essegian and Wahl each shot over 60 percent from the field, shooting 6-for-9 and 6-for-10, respectively.

4. SCOUTING THE HUSKERS: Nebraska (11-14, 4-10 B1G) is led by senior forward Derrick Walker, who averages 13.3 points per game. Two other Nebraska players are scoring in double digits – Keisei Tominaga (11.6 points per game) and Sam Griesel (11.2 points per game). The Huskers are coming off of a 93-72 road loss to Michigan.

5. HISTORY WITH NEBRASKA: Wisconsin leads the all-time series between the two programs, 21-15. The last matchup came in Madison, where UW suffered a 74-63 loss in March of last season. Tyler Wahl scored 13 points and grabbed seven rebounds in the most recent meeting, while Chucky Hepburn scored eight points and tallied three assists.
