Former Tiger signs new pro contract

A former Clemson hooper has signed a new pro contract. Tevin Mack, who played under head coach Brad Brownell for the 2019-20 season, shared that he would be taking his talents overseas to Sporting Club de Portugal Lisboa via Twitter on Monday.

The former Clemson graduate transfer and Palmetto State native has played two seasons on the European basketball circuit with season stints at Sigal Prishtina in Kosovo (2020-21) and the Orlando Basket Capo D’Orlando inΒ  Italy (2021-22) prior to announcing his move to Portugal this week. Mack also made an appearance with Team Heartfire in The Basketball Tournament in the summer of 2022.

In his lone season with the Tigers, the 6-foot-6, 227-pound guard/forward recorded 377 points, 160 rebounds, 29 assists and a 61% free-throw percentage in 31 game appearances and 878 minutes of play. Prior to his time at Clemson, Mack spent two seasons at Texas and one season at Alabama.
