Quotes from head coach Buzz Williams

Texas A&M is merely a few weeks away from the start of the 2022-2023 College Basketball season, getting ready for their exhibition game against Texas A&M-Kingsville on Nov. 4th, while their season officially opens on Nov. 7th against Louisiana Monroe at Reed Arena.

On Tuesday, head coach Buzz Williams spoke to the media during Texas A&Mā€™s Basketball media day, discussing the upcoming season, the returning veterans, and the transfer portal additions that are sure to bring a spark both offensively and defensively to a team that is determined prove they belong in the upper echelon of college basketball this season and beyond.

Not to say that the Aggies are being disrespected right out of the gate from a rankings perspective, but after being excluded from both the AP (112 votes) and USA TODAY Coaches (37 votes) Poll Top 25 preseason rankings, it seems that Buzz Williams and Co. will have to prove themselves early and often.

Here are the quotes from head coach Buzz Williams during Aggie hoops media day.
