Laura Ingraham, a commentator for Fox News Network, famously criticized James for his social and political commentary, implying that athletes shouldn’t speak out on such issues while telling him to “shut up and dribble.”
Obviously, James didn’t take her advice, as he has continued to speak out on a number of issues during his free time.
Now, one of his companies has filed a trademark for the term “Shut Up and Dribble.”
James has become quite the entrepreneur in recent years, and last month, his net worth reportedly surpassed the $1 billion mark.
It will be interesting to see what the four-time MVP decides to do with his new trademarked term.
