The Oklahoma City Thunder has worked out LSU forward Tari Eason in a pre-draft visit, per The Athletic’s Josh Robbins.
Eason is currently projected to be a first-round pick selecting between the end of the lottery and early 20s. In 33 games last season, Eason averaged 16.9 points, 6.6 rebounds and one assist on 52.1 percent shooting.
The Thunder own four top-34 picks at second, 12th, 30th and 34th overall. Selecting Eason at 12 would be a little bit of a reach, but if the Thunder can combine its two picks in the 30s to move up in the 20s, perhaps Eason will drop far enough to be available there.
