Kevin Durant gives different perspective on James Harden’s desire to leave Nets

Last month James Harden forced his way out of the Brooklyn Nets to join the Philadelphia 76ers in a multi-player deal. His former teammate Kevin Durant provided a different on why Harden could have wanted to be traded.

According to KD, it could have because the Nets were without Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant and with a goal of winning championship in mind, it could have dawned on Harden that he will not be able to achieve that in Brooklyn.

β€œYou can try to look at it from his perspective: Kai’s not playing, and I’m injured. He hasn’t won a championship before,” Durant said, per Kristian Winfield.
