HENDERSON, Nev. – Cal State Fullerton women’s basketball advances to the second round of the Big West Tournament with a 70-64 win over Cal Poly Tuesday afternoon at the Dollar Loan Center.

The Titans got off to a strong start on both ends of the court as they went into the second quarter with a 14-5 lead. Cal Poly would come back in the second quarter, out scoring Fullerton 24-14 to take a one-point lead into halftime.
Gabi Vidmar got the Titans offense going in the second half, drilling a deep three-pointer on the team’s first possession. Vidmar finished the game with 14 points on 4-of-7 shooting, including 3-of-6 from behind the arc.
