UNC basketball continues to fall in most recent Bracketology by Nick Delahanty
While the UNC basketball program continues navigating a tough 2021-22 season in Atlantic Coast Conference play, the focus on recruiting hasn’t gone away. The Tar Heels are in pursuit of a few big targets in the 2023 class led by five-star forward G.G. Jackson but they are also starting to do their homework in the 2024 class as well.
As it stands right now, UNC has just one offer out in the 2024 cycle with in-state forward Jarin Stevenson landing that offer. But that could change very soon as Hubert Davis and his staff have their eyes on a few more prospects in that class.
Among them is small forward Drake Powell, a player that has family ties to the university and is currently a sophomore at Northwood High School….
