The Memphis Grizzlies can’t call it a day yet, but they are winning as expected. They have jumped out to a quick 34-25 lead against the San Antonio Spurs.
Memphis has been relying on shooting guard Desmond Bane, who has 11 points, and point guard Ja Morant, who has six points and four assists. San Antonio hasn’t had any offensive standouts so far with all players held to six points or fewer.

What to Know
The San Antonio Spurs haven’t won a matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies since Dec. 23 of 2020, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Wednesday. The Spurs are getting right back to it as they host Memphis at 8:30 p.m. ET Jan. 26 at AT&T Center. While the odds are definitely not in San Antonio’s favor, at least they’ll be on their home court in front of their own fans.
