After five games on the road, the Hampton Pirates are heading back home. The Pirates and the High Point Panthers will face off in a Big South battle at 4 p.m. ET Saturday at Hampton Convocation Center. The teams split their matchups last year, with High Point winning the first 72-58 and Hampton taking the second 76-71.
Hampton was close but no cigar on Wednesday as they fell 54-51 to the Radford Highlanders.
Speaking of close games: it was close but no cigar for High Point as they fell 70-66 to the Charleston Southern Buccaneers on Wednesday. The loss was just more heartbreak for High Point, who fell 69-68 when the teams previously met last February.
