This past week was one to forget for the Knicks, as they dropped all three of their matchups to fall two games under the .500 mark.

Despite the recent rough stretch, R.J. Barrett met with the media on Saturday, saying the team feels like they’re in a good place to regroup and get back on track as they welcome the Los Angeles Clippers to The Garden on Sunday afternoon.

“We had a really good practice today,” Barrett said.” After a practice like that, the mood, everybody just feels better as a unit, as a team. We feel prepared for tomorrow.”

The Knicks have been in a funk as a team, but Barrett has still averaged 17.3 points per game over the last three games, and in the three games prior (all Knicks wins), he averaged 29.7 points per contest, proving he’s able to take on more of the offensive load.
