CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Coe College women’s basketball team suffered a narrow 60-59 defeat to A-R-C foe, Dubuque, on Wednesday evening at Kohawk Arena. The Kohawks took a 33-32 lead into the halftime break but the Spartans outscored the hosts 19-13 in the third quarter to regain control of the contest. UD then hung tough for the final 10 minutes of action as Coe attempted to mount its own comeback but the Kohawks fell just short in the end. The loss drops the Kohawks to 4-10 on the season and 1-4 in the A-R-C while UD improves to 9-4 overall…
