No. 2 Texas is hours away from facing No. 5 Miami in the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament.
The Texas men’s basketball social media account released a hype video ahead of the big game. The short clip showcased their preparation and day-to-day life over the last two days, along with interim head coach Rodney Terry discussing their mentality and focus moving forward.
“We’re going to do it with a great attitude, a great approach, and we’re going to be excited about still competing,” Terry said.
If the Longhorns are victorious on Sunday, they’ll reach the Final Four for the first time since 2003. An added bonus of reaching the Final Four this year is the fact it is located in Houston, Texas, which would essentially be home-court advantage for the burnt orange.
