The submission date for IWBF’s National Federations to nominate candidates to stand for the first-ever IWBF Players’ Commission has been extended.
The window to submit candidates has been increased to 10 January 2022 due to a limited number of nominations and not having one candidate per Zone.
IWBF and the Athlete Steering Committee would like to thank all those NOWBs and players who have submitted a nomination or engaged in further discussions with us to enquire about the future commission, but would like to urge other players to use this unique opportunity to become a member of the Players’ Commission that will allow international wheelchair basketball players to speak with one united voice.
