MILWAUKEE – After not being able to complete their comeback against Benedictine on Saturday, MSOE women’s basketball was looking to get back in the win column with the Muskies of Lakeland coming to town. This time the Raiders turned an early 10-point deficit into a 14-point victory on Tuesday evening inside the Kern Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The MSOE (6-7, 4-3 NACC) offense got off to a slow start this evening in the first quarter but more than made up for it in the middle two frames.
After climbing back from a 10-point deficit and trailing only by five after ten minutes, the Raiders outscored Lakeland (7-6, 3-3 NACC) 43-25 in the second and third quarters.
While both teams went cold in the final period, the Red & White had built up a substantial lead that was able to weather the drought.
