Gators Prepped for Battle Against No. 5 LSU

GAINESVILLE, Fla.— Florida will welcome the LSU Tigers to Exactech Arena for a Sunday matinee. The 1 p.m. SEC matchup will be UF’s sixth conference game of 2025 and LSU’s fifth. Florida is coming off a road loss to Ole Miss, while LSU is arriving to Gainesville following a bye week.

Florida and LSU have met recorded 48 times with their initial matchup dating back to 1978. Since then, UF and the Tigers have met consistently with 23 match-ups being held in Gainesville, 22 taking place in Baton Rouge and three being in neutral. Sunday’s contest will be the Tigers first time back in the Exactech Arena since Feb. 19, 2023. Florida’s last win over LSU was Jan. 23, 2022, defeating the Tigers 73-72.
