Lincoln Riley, other high-profile Trojans boost USC women’s basketball

This is what a winning program looks like. No, not football, but women’s basketball. USC was the original women’s college basketball dynasty back in the mid-1980s with Cheryl Miller leading the Trojans to two national championships and three national title game appearances. The Trojans haven’t fully returned to that level of excellence, but they are getting very close. This season, the Women of Troy are doing the kinds of things elite college basketball teams do. Fans in Los Angeles got a chance to attend two NCAA Tournament home games in the Galen Center over the past three days. With USC hosting March Madness, the stars came out to see the Trojans pursue a spot in the Women’s Final Four and — more immediately — the Sweet 16. Lincoln Riley was just one of many high-profile Los Angeles sports figures who wanted to support this tremendous USC team on its journey through March Madness. Let’s identify some of the people who were in Galen on a very special and winning night for the Women of Troy against Kansas in the NCAA Tournament:
