INDIANAPOLIS – Sophomore Faith Stinson from the IUPUI women’s basketball team earns this week’s 92c Female Athlete of the Week after leading the Jags to victory over the Robert Morris Colonials with career-highs in points and three pointers.
Stinson, a native of Thornville, Ohio paced the Jags in their home win against Robert Morris, draining a career-high five three-pointers and a career-high tying 17 points. She was close to a double-double as well, recording seven rebounds.
The sophomore has started in 16 games for the Jags this season, averaging 6.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game.
This marks the first 92c Female Athlete of the Week award for Stinson. The IUPUI women’s basketball team will next host Purdue Fort Wayne this Saturday, February 24 for senior day in the Jungle at 2:00 PM.
