Tennessee junior forward Jonas Aidoo was named Southeastern Conference Player of the Week on Monday.
Aidoo averaged 17.0 points, 10.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game in wins against Arkansas and Vanderbilt last week.
He totaled 23 points and 12 rebounds in Tennessee’s, 92-63, victory at Arkansas. He also recorded a .786 field goal percentage.
Aidoo recorded 11 points, eight rebounds, three blocks and two assists in the Vols’, 88-53, win versus Vanderbilt.
No. 5 Tennessee (19-6, 9-3 SEC) will next play Missouri (8-17, 0-12 SEC) on Tuesday.
Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. EST at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, Missouri. SEC Network will televise the game.
