Shaka was more reserved in what he said…..as in he said all the right things in a pretty calm way. He was sort of the personable yet political savvy coach if you get my drift. And I think it helped us move forward and upward.

Will Wade is more open in some of the things he has said. He beat up the press pretty good….or scared the bejesus out of them last year when it came to things being said about certain players. Heck I was just watching and he scare me…..lol. He is more energetic after our wins on the court with players. And he showed his frustration when we lost and seemed very down after a couple of games in the early season last year (personally I think he needs to be able to move on quickly before the presser…just like players need to move on after poor plays). And he is very open and honest about players, the team, and what he expects….he doesn’t call players out by name but he has talked about “players” or “a team member” needing to step up their game and work on not missing assignments, etc. But he has also taken the blame as well as talked up players he feels are doing a great job.

Neither is right and neither is wrong. I am just pointing out the differences
