NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Vanderbilt women’s basketball team will play its fourth game in 10 days this Wednesday, as the Commodores are set to host Western Kentucky at Memorial Gymnasium. Tipoff against the Hilltoppers is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and will stream live on SEC Network+.

>> Vanderbilt comes into Wednesday’s matchup against Western Kentucky with a perfect 3-0 record. The Commodores picked up a 73-70 victory over Fairfield on Sunday at Memorial Gymnasium.
>> The Dores will be seeking a 4-0 start for the second-straight season this Wednesday at Memorial Gymnasium. The last time Vanderbilt started 4-0 in back-to-back seasons came during the 2008-09 and 2009-10 campaigns.
>> Vandy is 17-3 at home against nonconference opponents under head coach Shea Ralph. The Commodores are 26-14 overall against non-league foes in the Ralph era.
>> Vanderbilt and Western Kentucky will be meeting for the 46th time this Wednesday. The Commodores hold a 23-12 advantage against the Hilltoppers and are 13-3 all-time vs. WKU at Memorial Gymnasium.
>> The Commodores have won nine-straight games over the Hilltoppers. Vanderbilt picked up an 82-71 victory in Bowling Green, Kentucky, last season. The last time the two matched up in Nashville came back on Nov. 11, 2013, with the Dores collecting an 85-60 win.

Racking Up Double-Doubles
Junior Sacha Washington collected a double-double in the victory over Fairfield with a 20-point, 17-rebound performance against the Stags. She is one of 30 NCAA Division I players to record multiple double-doubles this season.
Washington’s Best
Sacha Washington established new career highs in assists (7), free throws made (10), and rebounds (17) against Fairfield. She also recorded her first career game with 20-plus points and 15-plus rebounds against the Stags.
Making the Free Ones
Vanderbilt has been making free throws at a high rate this season. The Commodores are averaging 18.3 free throws made per game, which ranks 35th in all of NCAA Division I.
