Tyson nails game-winning 3-pointer vs. Virginia Tech

The Clemson men’s basketball team continues to find a way to tack on wins.

Playing against Virginia Tech on Saturday, the Tigers came away with a 51-50 victory, with Hunter Tyson drilling a game-winning 3-pointer with just 10.8 seconds left in the game.

The fifth-year forward ended the game with 12 points on 4-of-10 shooting and 2-of-7 from beyond the arc, while PJ Hall led the way once again, pouring in a game-high 20 points.

Clemson is now 16-4 on the year and 8-1 in ACC play, and Tyson has been the propellant for most of the season. He is averaging a double-double, scoring 15.6 points per game and grabbing 10.0 rebounds per game.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to Tyson’s clutch shot.
