It is August on the NBA calendar which means now is the time for players to put together their final preparations for the upcoming NBA season as training camp is going to be here before anybody knows it.
Philadelphia 76ers guard Furkan Korkmaz, who will be entering his sixth season with the team, will be looking to bounce back from a lackluster season. He shot just 28.9% from deep in the 2021-22 season after shooting it at 37.5% in the 2020-21 season.
Considering the additions the Sixers made in the offseason, Korkmaz is going to have to certainly earn his playing time on a much deeper Sixers team. He took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off some of his summer prep before the 2022-23 season.
Korkmaz is going to have to find a way to contribute to this team in the coming season. The Sixers will be in the running for an Eastern Conference crown and they will need to be able to rely on anybody at any moment.
