The contest between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday night was delayed for an interesting reason — both teams showed up to the court in all white uniforms. Clearly, some signals got crossed somewhere and that led to some serious confusion prior to tipoff.
The two teams couldn’t both wear white uniforms for the game for obvious reasons. Luckily, teams typically have alternate uniforms on hand, and that was the case here. In this situation, it was determined that the Thunder were supposed to be in white.
