Chicago Bulls rookie Ayo Dosunmu is making his name unforgettable this season and has gained the respect of his teammates and peers in the league.

All-Stars Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan are in Cleveland to participate in Sunday’s All-Star game and paid a visit to the Rising Stars Challenge Friday to support Dosunmu.

Dosunmu was one of 12 rookies selected to participate in the round robin style tournament that features three games and four teams. The teams were chosen by Rick Barry, Gary Payton, Isiah Thomas and James Worthy. Dosunmu is on Team Payton with Charlotte Hornets star LaMelo Ball.

The All-Star game will be played on Sunday with LaVine and DeRozan playing against each other. DeRozan was drafted by LeBron James and LaVine was picked up by Kevin Durant.

LaVine and DeRozan are the NBA’s best scoring duo, averaging 27.4 and 24.9 points per game, respectively.
