The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers will be returning home after a two-game road trip. The Hilltoppers and the Charlotte 49ers will face off in a Conference USA battle at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday at E.A. Diddle Arena. WKU will be strutting in after a win while Charlotte will be stumbling in from a defeat.
WKU beat the Southern Miss Golden Eagles 87-77 on Monday.
Meanwhile, the game between Charlotte and the Middle Tenn. Blue Raiders on Sunday was not particularly close, with Charlotte falling 78-63.
WKU is the favorite in this one, with an expected 8.5-point margin of victory. They have failed bettors playing the spread in their past two games, so buyers beware.
The Hilltoppers are now 15-11 while the 49ers sit at 13-11. WKU is 10-4 after wins this year, and Charlotte is 5-5 after losses.
