San Antonio Spurs are reportedly receiving calls on the availability of Dejounte Murray and Derrick White, as ESPN’s analyst Zach Lowe revealed in his latest ‘The Lowe Post’ podcast (H/T to RealGM).

The Spurs prepare for another postseason-less year being at 18-31, two spots away from the play-in tournament in the Western Conference. As a result, several teams seems interested in both Murray and White.

“I’ve also heard that people are calling the Spurs and trying to see if they can get Derrick white or even Dejounte Murray,” Lowe said on ‘The Lowe Post’.

Murray is in the second year of a four-year deal. He’s being mentioned as a breakout star this year, averaging 19.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 9.1 assists and 2.0 steals per game. At a team-friendly contract worth $15.4 million for this season, Murray could be a good option for any team looking for an upgrade in the point guard position.
