The Aggies and the Sam Houston Bearkats will face off in a WAC battle at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday at Johnson Coliseum. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous games.
The Abilene Christian Wildcats typically have all the answers at home, but this past Saturday New Mexico St. proved too difficult a challenge. New Mexico St. had enough points to win and then some against Abilene Christian, taking their game 77-63.
Meanwhile, Sam Houston beat the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks 49-41 this past Saturday.
New Mexico St. is now 15-2 while the Bearkats sit at 10-9. The Aggies are 12-2 after wins this year, Sam Houston 4-5.
