The New Mexico Lobos haven’t won a matchup against the UNLV Rebels since Feb. 25 of 2018, but they’ll be looking to end the drought Tuesday. The Lobos and UNLV will face off in a Mountain West battle at 11 p.m. ET at Thomas & Mack Center. If the game is anything like their last meeting in last January, where UNLV won 53-46, we could be in for a big score.
New Mexico was close but no cigar this past Saturday as they fell 90-87 to the Utah State Aggies. Despite the loss, New Mexico had strong showings from guard Jamal Mashburn Jr., who had 29 points and eight assists, and guard Javonte Johnson, who shot 7-for-9 from downtown and finished with 23 points and six rebounds.
