Quin Snyder was a fantastic coach for the Utah Jazz during his tenure with the team. He’s been the head coach of the Atlanta Hawks for over two years at this point, and yet now is going to be the time when Hawks fans start to see just how great he can truly be as the leader of a team.
I say that because of the amount of talent now present in Atlanta’s locker room. During the current offseason, the Hawks have been busy adding complementary players around Trae Young. They now have Kristaps Porzingis anchoring the interior, as well as Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Luke Kennard roaming on the perimeter.
It’s these additions that have played a major part in making it a mainstream belief that Atlanta will finish in the top four of the Eastern Conference next season. While those players will no doubt be big additions for the Hawks, I think a lot of people are forgetting or underestimating how much of an impact Quin Snyder will have as well.
