And, just like that, the New York Knicks‘ backs are against the wall.
After blowing a cushy 14-point lead with 2:45 in regulation, Jalen Brunson and co. ended up losing Game 1 of the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals in overtime to the fiery Indiana Pacers by a score of 138-135 at NYC’s rowdy Madison Square Garden.
Tyrese Haliburton’s two-pointer — which would have been a three but his Puma sneaker was on the line — sent the game into overtime. Throw in the fact that the All-Star guard replicated Reggie Miller’s iconic “choke” pose after making the improbable shot and the heated series is tenser than ever.
If you want to be there to see if the Knicks have what it takes to even the fierce series at home along with courtside celebs like Timotheé Chalamet, Jon Hamm, Busta Rhymes, Martha Stewart and Ben Stiller to name just a few, last-minute tickets are still available for game two at MSG on Friday, May 23.
At the time of publication, the lowest price to get into the building was $644 including fees on Vivid Seats.
While that is still expensive, keep in mind that prices started at $735 including fees as recently as May 19 based on our report.
Saving $91 never hurt anyone.
Crazily enough, prices have dropped for Game 5 and Game 7 at Madison Square Garden.
