The New Orleans Pelicans have explored trade options for Brandon Ingram, and sources say his representatives, Jeff Schwartz and Jordan Gertler, are also involved.
Ingram seeks a four-year, $210 million extension, but the Pelicans and other teams are not interested at that price. With Ingram on a $36 million expiring contract, the Pelicans prefer not to have him play the final season without a more manageable contract.
Herb Jones and Trey Murphy III are expected to have larger roles on the wings.
