Great Osobor was the best player remaining in the NCAA transfer portal. He’s chosen to follow his head coach, Danny Sprinkle, to the University of Washington for his senior season. Osobor also reportedly has $2 million in NIL deals lined up for next season.
The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 17.7 points for Utah State last season, after transferring from Montana State. Sprinkle originally recruited Osobor to Montana State, before both moved to Utah State for one season.
Osobor, who was born and raised in England, will join a strong recruiting and transfer class for the Huskies. In addition to scoring 17.7 points, Osobor also averaged 9.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.4 blocks per game. He has one season of NCAA eligibility remaining for Washington.
