Celtics grab 3-1 series lead with 109-102 Game 4 win over the Cavs

The Cavaliers continued to push the pace, and grabbed a lead early in the third quarter. Cleveland was faster and more decisive with the ball. Boston surrendered a number of easy baskets at the rim as a result.

The Celtics’ offense look sluggish as well. The opened the quarter 1-for-7 from the field, and cooled off from deep. Derrick White had a very quiet night. He was 1-for-6 in the game, and didn’t score his first basket until the 4:45 mark in the third period. Al Horford look a little out of rhythm, too.

Jrue Holiday was one of Boston’s most reliable contributors. He had 16 points to go with 7 rebounds and 5 assists, and 3 steals. Holiday was one of the few Celtics to play well on both ends.
