Iowa star Caitlin Clark, a future WNBA superstar and the all-time leading scorer in both men’s and women’s Division I college basketball history, obliterated a fair share of opposing defenses during her college career.
With nearly every major collegiate basketball award in her toolbelt, including last season’s John R. Wooden and AP Player of the Year Awards, Clark has transcended collegiate sports and become a spectacle in entertainment.
Backed by her 41 points, seven rebounds and 12 assists, the Hawkeyes downed Angel Reese and Louisiana State University Tigers 94-87 on Monday, April 1 to advance to the program’s second consecutive Final Four.
Unfortunately for Wisconsin’s women’s basketball program, the Iowa native also showcased her offensive prowess in seven career games against the Badgers.
