Fans reacts to Alabama basketball reaching March Madness Final Four

Alabama Crimson Tide basketball is headed to the Final Four for the first time in program history after defeating the Clemson Tigers in the Elite Eight with a final score of 89-82. This was the Tide’s second time in the Elite Eight, making this the deepest March Madness run for the program ever. On the backs of Mark Sears, Grant Nelson, Nick Pringle and Jarin Stevenson, the team will now take on UCONN next weekend.

With this being Alabama’s first rime reaching the Final Four, fans of the program have lit up social media sharing their excitement. Fans of other programs, some of whom despise the Crimson Tide, also shared their thoughts on the team making it this far.

Nate Oats entered this season with high roster turnover and a completely new coaching staff, but that did not stop him from coaching this team all the way to the highly-elusive Final Four. March Madness enthusiasts and college basketball fans were quick to share their reactions on social media. Here are some of their best posts.
