After back-to-back road losses, Auburn needed to pick up a win and they did so in dominant fashion Wednesday night, crushing Vanderbilt 81-54 inside a sold-out Neville Arena.
Auburn’s depth once again showed itself as the trio of Jaylin Williams, Johni Broome, and Denver Jones took over the game. Williams scored a game-high 21 points on an efficient 7-of-9 shooting while Jones had the best game of his season with 19 points of his own.
In case anyone had forgotten, Broome reminded everyone that he is one of the best players in the country, scoring 16 points, grabbing 11 rebounds, and blocking five shots.
