CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The American Rivers Conference announced its post-winter All-Sports Trophy standings earlier on Wednesday afternoon. The Kohawk women, who earned 9.9 points this winter, rank second in the Marjorie Giles Women’s All-Sports Trophy standings. The Coe women earned 6.5 points in women’s basketball, three points from dance and swimming and diving and .3 points from indoor track and field, bringing their 2022-23 total to 38.8 points. Coe’s men, which earned 11.8 points this winter, are sixth in the Elmer Hertel Men’s All-Sports Trophy standings with a total of 24.3 points. The Coe wrestling team led the winter sport effort with 6.5 points while men’s basketball added four points. The Koahwk men’s swimming & diving team secured one team point while the indoor track and field squad rounded out the winter point scoring with .3 total points.
