The Philadelphia 76ers needed their superstar big man to step up to the challenge on the road on Wednesday night. The Sixers were looking to start this grueling stretch on the right note as they took on the Cleveland Cavaliers on the road, and the big fella answered the call.
Joel Embiid poured in 36 points with 18 rebounds and four blocks as the Sixers walked away with a 118-109 win over the Cavs, giving them the tiebreaker over Cleveland in the Eastern Conference. The big fella shot 12-for-19 from the floor and he made all 10 of his free throws.
