Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic will miss the team’s Monday home stand against the Memphis Grizzlies due to his lingering left thigh strain, per ESPN’s Tim MacMahon.
This marks the second-straight game that Doncic is out, as he previously missed the Mavs’ 112-108 loss against the Grizzlies last Saturday.
Doncic admitted that his thigh woes have been bothering him after two games from the All-Star break. Fortunately, an MRI detected no serious damage as he is currently listed as day-to-day unavailable.
Meanwhile, star counterpart Kyrie Irving is questionable to play on Monday. Together with Doncic, he missed the weekend match against Memphis due to right foot soreness.
