What to Know
The Georgia Bulldogs are 3-12 against the Florida Gators since January of 2016, but they’ll have a chance to close the gap a little bit Tuesday. UGA and Florida will face off in an SEC battle at 7 p.m. ET at Stegeman Coliseum. The point spread is more or less neutral, so fans should expect a close contest.
The Bulldogs found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unfortunate 85-63 punch to the gut against the Missouri Tigers this past Saturday. A silver lining for UGA was the play of center Braelen Bridges, who posted a double-double on 12 points and ten boards.
Meanwhile, Florida lost to the Vanderbilt Commodores on the road by a decisive 88-72 margin. Guard Riley Kugel (20 points) was the top scorer for Florida.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. We’ll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
