SEATTLE — After defeating California on Friday night at home, Washington women’s basketball (12-9, 4-7) is ready to take on No. 2 Stanford (22-2, 10-1) in Alaska Airlines Arena. The game tips off Sunday, Feb. 5 at 12:00 p.m. PT and will be aired on the Pac-12 Networks with Elise Woodward and Alyssa Charlston on the call. Gary Hill will call the action on 1090 KPTR-AM.

Washington went 5-7 from three in the first quarter. Four Huskies were in double digits in the third quarter: Dalayah Daniels (20), Van Dyke (14), Oliver (10), and Ladine (10). Daniels’s 20 points led all scorers, and was her season high in conference play. Ladine’s 10 points tied her career high. Van Dyke recorded three steals and led both teams with five assists. UW out-rebounded Cal 37-26. Jayda Noble had 10 rebounds, the most she’s recorded in conference play, and her second double digit rebounding game of the season. The 54 points scored by Cal was their second-lowest scoring game in conference play. The Huskies held the Golden Bears to shooting 35.6% from the field and 20.0% from three, both well below their season and conference averages. UW shot 46.3% from the field and 50.0% from three, above their season and conference averages.

Washington ranks No. 2 in the Pac-12 and No. 16 nationally in rebound margin (9.2). The Huskies are No. 3 in the conference and No. 44 nationally in offensive rebounds per game (14.0), and No. 5 in the conference and No. 57 nationally in rebounds per game (40.1). UW is No. 4 in the Pac-12 and No. 49 nationally in scoring defense (58.1). UW is No. 4 in the conference in steals per game (8.3). UW is No. 5 in the conference and No. 67 nationally in blocks per game (4.0).

Dalayah Daniels is No. 7 in the Pac-12 in blocks (27) and blocks per game (1.3).
