The Colorado Buffaloes men’s basketball team got another victory on Wednesday night at home, defeating Southern Utah, 86-78.
It was an exceptional night in Boulder as head coach Tad Boyle made program history by becoming the winningest head coach.
Boyle won his 262nd career game as head coach of the Buffs and is in the midst of a 8-5 campaign as they try to get to the NCAA Tournament.
The Buffs have now won four straight games and are about to begin Pac-12 Conference play with a game against Stanford next Thursday, but this one will be remembered for ages in Colorado.
Social media gave tremendous praise to Boyle after the game, and he will surely go down in CU history.
No coach will ever care more about Colorado basketball than Tad Boyle. His passion for this school will never be matched. He deserves this. https://t.co/mNEZYCbFuK

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: My favorite coach I’ve ever covered in any sport.
Nobody keeps it real like Tad.
