Four Philadelphia 76ers players have now become trade-eligible

Thursday was a very important date in the NBA as more players around the league are available for trade. Many of the players who signed new contracts over the summer at the start of the free agency period are now eligible to be traded with the lifting of the moratorium against it on Dec. 15.

The Philadelphia 76ers will now have a significantly larger pool of players to choose from when constructing trades both on the sending side of the bargain, and among potential targets. President Daryl Morey is never one to shy away from any deals in order to help his team be in a better position going forward on their chance for a title.

The Sixers made some moves in the summer in order to help improve the roster, but they are in the middle of the pack in the Eastern Conference standings. Therefore, there might be a move that needs to be made to help the roster.
